Embodiment, Breathwork & Relationship Coaching
Coaching for people who want to feel more at home in their bodies and relationships.
Are you seeking greater self-trust, deeper relationships, and a more authentic connection to your body and emotions? My embodiment and relationship coaching services may be a good fit.
Unlike therapy, coaching is not clinical. I do not assess or diagnose mental health conditions, treat mental illness, or work with suicidality or crisis. Coaching is forward-focused, collaborative, and designed to support your personal growth, relational goals, and emotional embodiment.

So why focus on the breath?
Your breath is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to influence your nervous system. Breathwork is at its core somatic work, getting you back in tune with your body. By consciously slowing and deepening the breath, you send a signal to your parasympathetic nervous system to restore balance and calm. In contrast, activating breath practices can engage the sympathetic nervous system, enhancing focus, motivation, and energy. Breathwork isn’t just about relaxation, it’s about learning to work with your body’s natural rhythms to support balance throughout your day.
My Training:
I am a certified Functional Breathing Coach through The Breath Curriculum, a program that combines the science of respiration with practical tools for managing anxiety, reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Diagnose or treat mental health disorders
Crisis support for suicide or domestic violence

Offer services that replace therapy
If you are currently experiencing acute distress, suicidal ideation, or are navigating trauma that feels overwhelming, I encourage you to seek a licensed therapist or crisis support.
